What counts as P1 – Critical?Production is down, there is a risk of data loss, a security incident, multiple customers are affected, or a GPU cluster is unavailable. Our on-call team is paged 24/7 and responds within 15 minutes. For degraded service without a workaround choose P2 – High; for partial impact or non-production choose P3 – Medium; for questions and requests choose P4 – Low. Misused P1s are re-prioritised by our L1 team.
